TRUCK WASH SYSTEMS
From small transportation and waste–hauling fleets to large oilfield trucking companies, NoviClean’s in-house design and engineering team will create a fleet truck wash system that maximizes efficiency and minimizes environmental footprint. To cater to unique or demanding wash cycles, we have several truck wash equipment and wash system options, including automatic drive-through or roll-over gantry, manual, or a combination of all.
In the wash bay, our fleet washing equipment uses high-volume, low-pressure jets and high-volume, high-pressure jets to clean trucks and other heavy-duty equipment. Your fleet wash system can be completely touchless, use brushes, or a combination of the two for a high-quality clean. To help with reducing water usage, all our wash systems are offered with water recycling modules.
TIRE AND WHEEL WASH SYSTEMS
Our tire wash systems are crafted to clean and decontaminate the tires and undercarriages of a wide variety of fleet vehicles. At NoviClean, we understand the need for a quick, economical, and effective vehicle wash solution for the underbelly of large vehicles. Our cleaning systems eliminate dirt, grime, and other materials to prevent track-out into public roads and parking lots, reduce weight, and minimize the wear and tear on your vehicles. These tire wash systems are available as permanent and semi-portable fixtures.
PRESSURE WASHER SYSTEMS
We offer various high-quality pressure washing solutions, ranging from basic cold water to larger heated systems and custom Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) operated systems that use on-demand recycled wash water.
