NoviClean’s self-service benches are manufactured in our Calgary facility and feature a modular design for compact equipment room installations. Each bench provides ample service space and incorporates high-quality industrial components for reliability and easy maintenance.

NoviPro Pump Pack
This versatile pump bench supports two pump and motor units and is constructed from durable 12-gauge powder-coated steel for longevity. A stainless steel fluid distribution shelf safeguards against moisture damage, while built-in oil drainage, belt-tensioning systems, and quick-connect fluid lines provide easy maintenance.
NoviPro ChemPack-XL
The NoviPro ChemPack-XL is based on a reliable fluid mixing module that combines high-pressure rinse, soap, wax, low-pressure presoak, and foam brush functions. The system is designed with a front plate to mount Flojet pumps, solenoids, and other low-pressure cycle equipment. It is assembled on-site with all connections prewired and equipped with quick disconnects for easy setup.
NoviPro FoamPack
The NoviPro FoamPack manages foaming presoaks, tire cleaners, foam brushes, and cannon systems. It includes a stainless steel backplate, stainless steel KIP solenoids for air and product, and Flojet air pumps that deliver up to 5 GPM at 90 psi. Each FoamPack can support up to 8 bays, with flexible mounting options, including wall mounting or direct mounting on the NoviPro ChemPack.
NoviPro In-Bay
NoviClean offers a wide range of in-bay equipment for self-serve carwash bays, including overhead booms, vacuum systems, high-pressure gun assemblies, foam brush equipment, mat clamps, foam guns, bay signage, and custom options. For larger truck or RV bays, we provide high-pressure systems, foamers, cannonball tracks, and fire hose assemblies, and can source specific items if needed. Our durable aluminum or stainless steel wash bay racks feature a modular design for easy installation and provide mounting locations for pay stations, mat clamps, wand and foam brush holders, and vacuums or blowers.
