We work with engineers, general contractors, or private owners/investors across Western Canada and the Canadian North to design, manufacture, install, and service vehicle wash systems with wash water recycling systems. Our water recycling systems are compatible with all vehicle wash applications, from remote mine sites to car wash systems.

Our wash water recycling system is a unique water reclaim system. Typically, traditional wash water recycling systems rely on purifying dirty water through paper and cloth filters. Most of these filters get clogged with oil, sludge, and grease and need cleaning, filter changes, and maintenance.

Our reclaim system does not get clogged and requires little maintenance, resulting in lower maintenance costs.

The recycling system combines engineered settling pit systems with permanent, auto-backflushing stainless steel intake filters and centrifuge technology that allows solid materials to settle naturally in the pits. The reclaimed water is circulated and aerated 24/7, promoting a natural bio-remediation process to prevent bacteria growth and odours without requiring chemicals for treatment.

The recycling wash water system can operate under the most demanding vehicle wash conditions and is designed to remove suspended solids and recycle and aerate the wash water during the washing process, thus reducing fresh water consumption.

Recycling and aerating the captured water in the system ensures that it does not develop any unwelcome odours typically associated with recycling and reclaimed water systems.

The EQ100 is designed and manufactured by InterClean Equipment, a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty vehicle wash equipment based in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
